For Consulting:
1. you must have a professional qualification in HR (Assoc. CIPD or above, SHRM, etc.)
2. Tangible experience working at a mid – or senior level in HR (General or specialist)
3. Must have worked on projects relating to the applied area of interest.

For coaching:
1. Must have coaching certification through an ICF accredited organisation
2. Or have ACC and above
3. Must be a member of ICF
